My commitment to this work doesn’t come from textbooks—it comes from experience. I lived through the pain, the silence, and the struggle of unresolved childhood trauma and addiction. My path to healing began the moment I stopped searching outside of myself and began to listen within. That breakthrough moment—seeing the heart between the Y and the U in “you”—became a message from my higher power and the foundation for everything I do. Every offering I share is built on that moment of clarity, that knowing that love begins from within.
This business was born not just to coach, but to create a movement. One rooted in healing, self-love, and the belief that our past doesn’t have to define our future. I don’t offer surface-level fixes. I create space for transformation—using truth, storytelling, spiritual practice, and lived wisdom to walk alongside those ready to rediscover who they really are.
